Analysis of an interactive video (User Generated)

Title of video- my sexy milf (& old photos)
  (nothing inappropriate)

In this video 'Onision' (Gregory Jackson) has been sent a package from his mother with old photos inside. He is going down "Memory Lane" with his fans by showing us, as viewers the photos he has received.

The target audience for this video would be both female and male and between the ages 16-25 as he uses simple comedy with no real intention to offend anyone , by changing his swearwords slightly by adding the letter 'L'.eg "fluck"

The digital platform his video appears on is the Internet on a website called 'Youtube'.

The purpose of the video is to entertain his fans and maybe new viewers. Also to regain some memories of his own.

The technical qualities of the video is very good as the video can be adjusted to different settings to improve the video .The video itself is well edited and produced .The sound has no bad resolution and his voice is heard clearly.'Onision' has made loads of past videos and has learnt a great deal of editing .Overall the whole video is well made as the video had obvioulsy been compressed well.

By watching the video you can tell that the video is 'User Generated' , Because the video is styled like a 'Vlog' (video blogs). Also the title of the video is a little off putting even though the the video is mearly a man showing photos with a comedic twist, showing that it was clearly made on the spot. More so he is in the comfort of his own home proving he is not in a studio and video was not proffesionaly made and is in fact ametuer. However good the video may be , there is one more vital fact that it is indeed 'User Generated' , the video can realate to us as the audience.

However 'Onisions' video is advertised by 'Machima'.Showing 'Onisions' has been funded to make this video.

Title of Video - Trying to Kill Sasuke

http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=Hv51Jmp6Gfw&feature=plcp

In this video,a cosplay (Dress-up for anime fans) group called 'FightingDreamersProductions' (AKA: FDP) have made a video about 3 anime characters from the anime series 'Naruto'.the character 'Sai' wants to be 'Narutos' best friend but 'Sasuke' is in the way. So 'Sai' wants to Kill 'Sasuke' but fails almost every time but at the very end he succeeds.

The target audience for this video is 12+ as the 'Naruto' series is commonly liked in that age group and also the series is unisex.

the digital platform this video appears on is on the Internet and on the website 'Youtube'.

the purpose of this video was to entertain their viewers with the simple knowledge anime fans should have to re-create a scene from the infamous series 'Naruto'(created by Masashi Kishimoto).

However the quality of the video is quite bad as the images are quite pixalated and the sound resolution is terrible as there is no wind reduction. The video is clearly 'User Generated' as this is highly fan-based .Also the video is poorly cut at each change of scene.Their has not been a lot of editing as its just a basic piece of filming. However the video itself has been thought out well and does entertain a lot.
